It depends on how you define "mobile content provider." We write and provide mobile content, but don't always format it for all phones and media. Some places define themselves as mobile content providers when they don't make the content themselves or job-out the content and are in fact, mobile content distributors or aggregators.
I have not been able to find a definition of "mobile content provider" but Wikipedia defines mobile content as:

Here's a definition of Mobile Content Provider - an entity that creates media for mobile phone or device users, either directly or through a carrier or distributor.
With that definition we are a mobile content provider and provider of mobile content but not in all media forms.
